Should Sean Combs, ( not Diddy ) give commencement speech at Howard?
Bill O’Reilly has a problem with Beyonce
Media mogul and businessman Sean Combs will give the commencement speech at Howard University this year. Some have taken issue with a “rapper” ( honestly rapping is not the man’s strong suit ) being given the honor of speaking at the Howard graduation ceremony. I believe he would be a good speaker - See more at: http://aareports.com/2014/04/should-sean-combs-not-diddy-give.html
’12 Years a Slave’ Gets Post-Oscars Expansion to 1,000 Theaters

In the wake of the Oscar picture win for “12 Years a Slave,” exhibitors are clamoring to book the film in theaters even though it hits homevid shelves Tuesday. As of mid-afternoon on Monday, the Fox Searchlight-distributed film had secured more than 1,000 Stateside locations - See more at:
Is Nicki Minaj’s Malcom X cover disrespectful?
The problem with “black” reality TV is not the shows it’s the audience.
It seems like Nicki Minaj has decided to take the ignorance displayed expressed last year by her fellow Young Money rapper Lil Wayne to a new level. Last year Lil Wayne used Emmit Till’s name in a disrespectful manner in a song. Not to be out done Nicki Minaj has used the iconic photo of Malcom X looking out a window and holding a rifle on the cover of her newly released single, Looking Ass Nigga. - See more at: http://aareports.com/2014/02/is-nicki-minajs-malcom-x-cover.html
You know all the shows. Love & Hip Hop, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Preachers of L.A, Basketball Wives, etc. While the shows do well in the ratings and are hits for their prospective networks there is a vocal group in the African American community that condemn the negative portrayals of African Americans on these shows - See more at: http://aareports.com/2014/01/the-problem-with-black-reality-tv-is.html
